Recent discussion of Mario Kart 8’s Yoshi Circut DLC from GameXplain brought up a very old, long forgotten Famicom Game - Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally.

While it didn’t really contain Mario is a central player - he and Luigi were all over the game’s box and instructions, leading to some very unique art of the two. Similar art and clothing is seen in Mario Kart 8!

Here we’ve extracted the logo for the game, as well as made due with an extended bit of artwork of Mario and Luigi jumping about, and just the extracted artwork as well.
